Our craft brewery steps on the podium at Solobirra 2021 Contest. Ma.Ma. Rossa ranked third in the “bitter” category!
This award is the proof of the great dedication and attention to detail that our independent craft brewery puts on our products for large-scale distribution.
The award ceremony took place digitally on the stage of Garda Hall of the Riva del Garda Congress Center. Brewing industry guru Lorenzo Dabove (also knows as Kuaska) did the honors along with radio host Lorenzo Dardano.
The competition is a project of Hospitality, leading Italian fair in the hospitality and catering sector, dedicated to the technical excellence of craft beer. 244 were the beers competing.
Ma.Ma. Rossa is our pure malt amber craft beer, produced with 100% Italian barley malt. With an intense, dry, slightly bitter taste and a caramel aftertaste, Ma.Ma. Rossa has a compact, creamy and adherent foam. It is not filtered and not pasteurized. It is a top-fermented beer refermented in the bottle.
