1 – Account and Registration

1.1 - Do I have to be registered in order to make a purchase?

You don’t have to be registered in order to make a purchase; you can place one or more orders online even as an occasional user.
However, we recommend that you sign up to follow all the news on your orders directly from your personal account.

If you already have a Birra Flea account, simply click on “Log in to your account” during checkout or click the button below. Then enter your email address and password.

1.2 - How can I create a new account?

If you are a new customer or you have tried our service as an occasional user, but now you want to register an account on www.birraflea.com, click on the “Create Account” button below. You will have to enter all your data including, name, surname, email address. To complete the registration click on “Create an account” and complete the registration by entering other important data for the purchase, such as your address and your telephone number.

2 – Online orders on www.birraflea.com

2.1 - How to place an order?

  1. After choosing the product, select the quantity and then “add to cart”.
  2. Add other products in the same way or click on the cart icon at the top right of the screen to view the cart and proceed with the order.
  3. Enter all required fields and make sure the address is entered correctly.
  4. In the event that it is a gift, check the “Send to a different address” option: enter your details in the “Billing details” and those of the recipient in the form below.
  5. If you have a discount code to use, enter it now in the appropriate box.
  6. Choose the payment method you want to use.
  7. At this point you will be directed to the final page with the summary of your data. To complete the order click on “buy”.
  8. Once the order is completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the address you registered on our website. If you don’t see it, try checking the Spam box. If you have an account on our website, you can log in to check all the details of your order.

N.B. It is not possible to add other items or promotional codes when you have already completed the order. If you want, you can make a new one.

2.2 - How can I pay for my order?

Our payment methods are:

– PayPal

– Debit or credit card

– Bank transfer (Use the order ID as a reason) – (The order will start as soon as the bank transfer is credited)

– Cash on delivery (with a surcharge of 3.70 euros)

If you need to receive an invoice, write to ecommerce@birraflea.com.

Remember that the data for issuing the invoice must coincide with those entered in the billing address.

2.3 - Tracking code and shipping

Once the order has been completed on our website, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address communicated at the time of the order, indicating the order number you can use for any communication with the seller.

Following the order confirmation e-mail, you will receive the tracking code at the same e-mail address. So you can check the status of your shipment on Arco Spedizioni website.

We recommend that you also check the spam box.

If you have an account, access the “Orders” section to check the status of your order.

Furthermore, you will always be contacted by telephone by the courier to agree on the shipment.

2.4 - Is it possible to change an order that has already been placed?

To change the order details, write to us at ecommerce@birraflea.com.

2.6 - Returns and Refunds

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, designed to allow the identification of the Consumer and the contract, to be sent to:

The communication can also be sent to Flea – Società Agricola a Responsabilità Limitata, within the same period, by e-mail (to info@birraflea.com), fax or telegram and confirmed within 48 hours by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, sent to the address of the selling company itself.

The withdrawal is effective only if it is exercised no later than 10 working days from the date of delivery of the products; as soon as the Seller receives the letter of withdrawal, he will immediately contact the Consumer by telephone in order to communicate the address of the place where the products must be returned; the Consumer will then take care of the return of the products to the Seller within and no later than the following 10 working days. The right of withdrawal is not applicable on customized products.

The Seller, within thirty days from the reception of withdrawal notice, will fully refund the price paid by the Consumer, excluding shipments.

The costs of returning the products to the Seller are borne by the Consumer.

An essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the substantial integrity of the returned products.

2.5 - Is it possible to cancel an order?

You can cancel an order only if it has not yet been processed and the goods not yet shipped, via telephone 075 91 08 159 or e-mail to ecommerce@birraflea.com.

For orders already processed you will have to collect the goods sent and only after exercising the Right of Withdrawal according to the methods described in point 2.6.

2.7 - What if the package is a gift?

In the event that it is a gift, at the time of ordering, you will need to check the “Ship to a different address” option: enter your details in the “Billing details” and those of the recipient in the form below.

You can specify in the order notes that it is a gift, so we will not insert documents with prices.

You can also customize the greeting card with a message, just write the text in the order notes and the card will be placed inside the package.

2.8 - Discount and promotional codes

The discount code must be entered in the check-out phase, after filling the cart, and it will discount the total price.

N.B. Shipping costs are free for all orders starting from € 39.00. The total of the cart must be equal to or greater than 39.00 euros only after applying the promotional code. If after applying the code, the total amount falls below € 39.00, the shipping costs will be calculated.

3 – Products and availability

3.1 - Selling prices

All sales prices displayed on our website are indicated in Euros and include VAT. They may be subject to changes without notice and the only price to be considered correct is that indicated at the time of order confirmation. Shipping costs are charged to the customer and are clearly displayed before completing the order, if the order is equal to or greater than € 39.00, the shipping costs will be free.

3.2 - An item is not available, when will it be back in stock?

If an item is out of stock on our website it means that it will surely be back in stock, but we do not have an established a date yet.

When an out of stock item becomes available, it is communicated on our Facebook and Instagram pages.

The only exception is the Christmas limited edition. It is on sale only in November and December, or any other limited one-off editions.

4 – Shipment

4.1 - How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping throughout Italy is free for orders equal to or greater than 39.00 euros.

For orders below € 39.00, shipping is € 10.00.

Shipping costs are charged to the customer and are clearly displayed before completing the order.

N.B. If you have a promotional code, the total of the cart must be equal to or greater than 39.00 euros only after applying it. If after applying the code the total amount falls below € 39.00, the shipping costs will be calculated.

4.2 - What are the delivery times?

Shipping times are 3-4 working days, while for the islands (Sardinia and Sicily) 5-6 working days.

When the package is shipped from our warehouses, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking code to track your package on Arco Spedizioni website.

4.3 - Delivery methods

The courier for all shipments in Italy is Arco Spedizioni.

You will always be contacted by telephone by the courier to agree on the shipment.

4.4 - Do you also ship to Europe and worldwide?
