Margherita

Weiss 75 cl

7,30

The flavor strikes a balance betweena slightly citrusy acidity and the sweetness of the malt, with a dry, clean finish. The carbonation is moderate, making the beer easy to drink and ideal for enjoying at any time of day.

The head is fine and soft, with a grayish-white color, and it clings well to the glass and lasts a long time.

The aroma is characterized by the typical notes of wheat malt, accompanied by spicy hints of cloves.

Why "Margherita"?

The daughter of King John of England—whom literature remembers as Robin Hood’s bitter enemy—Isabella married Frederick II in 1235, following the death of his second wife. Theirs was a “marriage of peace,” one that Pope Gregory IX had also advocated. All chroniclers celebrated her beauty and her indescribable grace, and Frederick, when he saw her, was captivated beyond words.
