7,30

The aroma is delicate and fresh, with hints of malt and grains, accompanied by floral and fruity notes, including hints of peachand pineapple, balanced by a subtle bitterness.

The flavor is fresh, light, and well-balanced between the bitterness of the hops and the sweetness of the malt. The hops provide a subtle but not overpowering bitterness, which helps create a dry, clean finish. The malt adds a sweet note and a smooth body. The carbonation is moderate and gives the beer a refreshing feel.

Easy to drink, suitable for all tastes, and with a low alcohol content, it’s sure to please everyone!

Why perseverance?

Constance of Altavilla was the mother of Emperor Frederick II of Swabia. Constance appears to Dante in the lunar sphere, and the Supreme Pietà evokes her regal image, highlighting both her resoluteness in the political arena and her moral integrity, recalling that “she was never separated from the truth of the heart.” But Costanza is also the name of the Swabian sovereign’s first wife: the daughter of Alfonso d’Argona, she brought to her young husband as a dowry the teachings of a cultured life, the demands of a high-ranking education, and the refinement of courtly pursuits and the arts. Birra Costanza is therefore the beer of the strong queens.
