Gluten-Free Blonde Ale 75 cl

7,00

*Beer with a gluten content of less than 20 ppm, specifically formulated for people with gluten intolerance (EU Regulation 828/2014).

Characterized by moderate alcohol content and mild carbonation, with a focus on malty notes, the aroma remains delicate and light, creating a perfect balance between the herbaceous aftertaste and the fruitier notes.

It has a generally sweet flavor profile, with the malts contributing subtle toasty notes. The delicate hopping imparts hints of white fruit and a gentle bitterness that makes for a clean finish. The head is fine and persistent, with an ivory-white color.

Why Isabella?

The daughter of King John of England—whom literature remembers as Robin Hood’s bitter enemy—Isabella married Frederick II in 1235, following the death of his second wife. Theirs was a “marriage of peace,” one that Pope Gregory IX had also advocated. All chroniclers celebrated her beauty and her indescribable grace, and Frederick, when he saw her, was captivated beyond words.
