A crucial step that marks the beginning of the journey leading to the creation of our craft beers.

Under the June sun, amidst green hills and vistas that evoke the essence of Umbria, the ripe ears of grain are carefully harvested. This is where the Flea magic begins: with our100% Italian barley, grown just a few miles from the brewery, in harmony with the rhythm of the land and the seasons.

Threshing is a celebration of nature, an agricultural ritual rooted in rural tradition, but one that is now being revived with passion and respect for the environment.
And it is this barley, selected and processed with love, that will give our beers their body and soul.

Drinking Flea Beer means more than just that: it means savoring the essence of a region, a short and controlled supply chain, and a process that begins with the land and ends in your glass.
Because for us, every ear of wheat counts. And every toast has a story to tell.
