Our craft brewery takes the podium at the Solobirra 2021 competition. Ma.Ma. Rossa took third place in the Bitter category!
This award is a testament to the great dedication and attention to detail that our independent craft brewery brings to its product line for large-scale retail distribution.
The awards ceremony was held virtually on the stage of the Sala Garda at the Riva del Garda Convention Center. Hosting the event were brewing industry guru Lorenzo Dabove (aka Kuaska) and radio host Lorenzo Dardano. The competition is a project of Hospitality, Italy’s leading trade fair for the hospitality and foodservice sectors, dedicated to technical excellence in craft beer. A total of 244 beers competed in the contest.
Ma.Ma. Rossa is our all-malt amber craft beer, brewed with 100% Italian barley malt. With an intense, dry, slightly bitter flavor and a caramel aftertaste, Ma.Ma. Rossa has a dense, creamy, and persistent head. It is unfiltered and unpasteurized. It is a top-fermented beer that undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle.
