Le nostre APA e IPA sono create con uno speciale bouquet di luppoli, hanno un aroma ricco e complesso, gusto bilanciato da un buon amaro e tenore alcolico variabile (più pronunciato per la IPA, più contenuto per la APA). Luppoli Cascade e Chinook per la nostra IPA, Columbus Cascade e Citra per la nostra APA: un bouquet unico che si esprime in ogni sua sfumatura nelle nostre birre!

Si sposano bene con secondi di carne o piatti tipicamente più grassi, ma sono perfette anche per un aperitivo dal piacevole gusto amaricante.
